Good chair but bad packaging

This chair is nice and comfortable but the packaging needs improvement. I bought two of these chairs, the first one had a broken box in one corner and part was sticking out of the box, but all were in good condition. The second arrived in good condition but upon examining the parts I found that the plastic handle used to adjust the height of the chair was broken on one side. It was still usable and I didn't want to bother returning such a large box so I taped a piece. Since I don't constantly adjust the height, it should be ok. The problem is that all the parts just fit in the box with no means to hold the parts in place and protect them. Because of this, all parts move during shipping, they can damage the box or damage exposed plastic parts. These chairs have armrests that can be raised so they don't hit the table. One of the armrests of the first chair was a bit loose and I had to tighten the screw inside. Since there isn't enough room to put the key in, I had to remove a few screws on the back to make room for the tool. I feel like I may need to do this often if the armrests become loose with use. I'm deducting two stars because of these issues.
