I really like these headphones. My only complaint is that sometimes the headphones seem to work well and sometimes they don't. In order for it to work properly, you need to turn off your headphones and then turn them back on. He may also need to unplug the dongle and plug it back into a different USB port from time to time. Even when it works it doesn't always work properly, for example when you turn your mic on and off when it works properly it says your mic is muted. Sometimes it works correctly but never really tells you anything when you turn it on or off. This should be more consistent given the cost.
