Essential to protect things in the house while repairing and painting! Before you start your DIY project, buy this plastic and cover anything you want to keep clean! :) We are renewing the electrical wiring throughout the house. We remove drywall from all of our exterior walls, so there's a lot of drywall dust everywhere! Drywall dust is very fine and covers everything :( On darker objects like Playstation, TV etc you can see the dust. On other objects the dust is not visible but if you wipe it off with a rag you will find that it also covers was in drywall dust This packaging is great The reel comes in a rectangular box with a slot on the top so you can easily pull out the plastic The reel contains a lot of plastic so I recommend using very large pieces - it's much better than getting one a piece of plastic that doesn't completely cover your furniture or electronics plastic is easy to cut with regular scissors once you have a piece of plastic you need to roll it out very thin so grabbing the end and tearing the plastic is like that probably the hardest part but even that's easy luckily the plastic is very grippy and ha Attaches easily to anything we put it on: TV, table, sofa, dresser, etc. The plastic slides away easily when you need to access the item underneath, and when you're done, it comes back as a protective cover. For some items that didn't need to be fully masked, I used painter's tape to make sure the plastic stayed in place and the tape was good on the plastic. The plastic is very thin and light, but there are no rips or tears yet. We will definitely be using this plastic for future remodeling or painting projects! :)
