Review on 🎙️ Enhanced Blue Yeti USB Mic with Blue VO!CE Effects for Exceptional Recording and Streaming on PC and Mac – Satin Red by Katie Pearce

I bought this mic 6 months ago based on all the online recommendations I read. I need it for a new podcast. Started great, sounded good and I've used it less than 20 times in total since I got it. 2 weeks ago the playback started to glitch and the problem only got worse. I tried a new cable, switched USB ports, uninstalled and re-downloaded the software and tried it on 3 different computers. Vain. I have sent an email to support explaining the situation and requesting that the process be replaced. 3 days later no response. So I called support and after a long wait fully explained the situation and mentioned that I had already sent an email with no response. I was told to go online and open a support case, which I did. 5 days later still no reply. Very frustrating. During this time I had to buy another microphone. I don't know how to replace it at the moment. Service is key to any business. It can both improve and worsen a bad situation. Your service definitely made things worse. Would have rated 4 stars before this happened. Buyer Warning.
