First off, the reset mechanism is vulnerable and there is no reset code unless you can find a specific YouTube video on the internet that discusses the master reset combo. But even then it failed. I had to physically squeeze and pry the lock (trust me it can be done, but I ended up stabbing my arm). I would recommend using the regular Master Lock instead. That's a shame too because it was great for the gym while I was using it. But after not being able to open my bag and worried about not getting my keys/phone, I'm going back to basics.
