My Account Manager was very helpful with set up. Very knowledgeable about our business and what we needed to do to have success. Easy to work with and always willing to listen to suggestions. I wish it would be easier to schedule appointments. It is sometimes difficult to find available times that work well with our clients. We are using PMP to build our database for new client intake. We are also building out their profile so they can be found online and through social media. The best part is that we don't have to worry about doing any of this ourselves. I have worked with them for almost two years now. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of our business. They are very attentive to detail and always go above and beyond to ensure we are happy with their services. I could not be happier with my experience with PMP. Their knowledge base is vast and they are able to provide multiple solutions to fit any need. They will work with you until your project is complete and then follow up to make sure you are satisfied.
