Works like clockwork

I was helping my friend charge his Outback solar system and I thought the tape on the old sensor was peeling so instead of trying to figure out what the tape was, I needed one that would hold up well enough and wasn't a heat insulator. I just bought a brand new sensor. It is very important that the controller knows the temperature of the battery to keep the batteries in good condition for a long time.
