Wasted an evening thinking my printer would cause liability issues. I couldn't get the print to stick to the 75c bed and tried pretty much everything in the print settings I could think of last night with hairspray. I leveled the bed several times and eventually destroyed the nozzle. When I removed the nozzle (on temperature) I saw a cloud of steam coming out of the extruder, indicating excessive moisture in the product. I baked it this afternoon and the adhesion/tension issues are gone. The printing surface is not as good as I would expect on supported surfaces, so I don't think the temperature profile given by the manufacturer is correct. Most nylons require over 242 cents to be printed. I'm still adjusting the print settings to meet my expectations, but probably a decent filament at a decent price.
