It arrived very nicely and securely packaged. It was like acquiring exquisite jewelry. I've used it on dry and wet hair and it works great on both. All of my daughters and I have long, thick hair and it's slipped through them. Even with large tangles, it doesn't hurt to pull hair out. There is less hair on the comb than on any other brush or comb I have ever used. And it takes about a minute to detangle all tangles without detangling sprays or creams, compared to several minutes of combing a detangling hair product with other combs. I have nothing bad to say about this comb. Some others have been disappointed that their appearance differs from the picture, but you should expect that natural wood will never be the same. Yours will be uniquely yours! But it looks close enough to know that it is the same product as the photo. Check out mine, beautiful to look at and so wonderful to use!
