I bought this chair to accompany a standing desk I was building for my office. The height is perfect for the given application. After about 6 months of use, I can give the following conclusion: wearing comfort and support are good. The mesh is breathable and comfortable for long-term use. The chair is fairly light, easy to assemble and adjust. The biggest downsides are the shock absorber and the footrest. After about 3 months, the damper began to fail - this leads to intermittent loading and strange sensations. I found that I would manually adjust the height every time I used it and then it would go back to a different height overnight. The footrest also doesn't like to stay where it is. After a few days of use, I found myself adjusting it so it stopped rocking. I turned the adjustment knob all the way with no real grip. For these reasons I give the chair 2 stars, mainly because I feel these issues only get worse with age. I expected more from a chair in this price range.
