I accidentally ordered 2 identical zinnia embroidery sets. It has become a good gift set. I made one with a border from the yarn I bought, this will be the insert for the pillow. The second goes into the recessed top of a wooden jewelry box sold for this purpose. Together they will make a set that I will give my mother for Christmas. They were relaxing and pleasant to work with. They quickly reconciled. Colors are bright. Instructions and included circuit are clear enough. Unlike a step-by-step diagram, this is a hatched, numbered copy of the actual design. The chart is exactly the same size as the 5x5 pattern. I ran out of floss and ordered three skeins to complete the last set. Just let Dimensions know what you need by sending them an email. I was assured that they would mail these to me. As with other kits, including more expensive ones, there is never enough yarn or thread to make a beautiful basket weave stitch on large areas of background. So plan carefully. I would recommend using a suitable standard length needle. The needle in the kit is a little short which was great when trying to really stretch the amount of thread. I found it more comfortable for fingers and hands to use a needle purchased from our local boutique. The thread can be difficult to separate if you pull or pull with pleasure. They need to be freed from the twisted 6-layer thread. If you start pulling, stop and untie the potential knot. Working in good lighting also helped. Part of the painted canvas had similar color designations.
