You can't use it with the narrow handle
I have a Kohler's Rosario toilet - supposedly a fairly common and popular model. Turns out the BEMIS 600E4 seat can't be fitted as that seat doesn't have a notch on the top of the bolt (it's just a flat head) so the only option is to finger tighten from the bottom - which is not possible with the narrow shaft of this toilet.
