Although I have a good standing posture, I often sit or work hunched over, so I need something to help correct and align my posture. I found this product almost soothing upon application and for me it drew my shoulders back without causing any discomfort. It's easy to put on and for comfort I recommend wearing it over a light shirt or over clothes. Just like heads; If you have poor posture it will be a little uncomfortable the first few times, just remember that the product is essentially training your muscles to adjust to a position they are not used to. Overall I think this is a good affordable way to help with posture and I would definitely recommend it!
