The pants were exactly what I wanted a single layer of nylon/polyester that was soft and flowed when you walked, great fit as far as size but were so long that even with heels I was walking all over them. So I asked the cleaners how much to cut and hem she said $23.00 that and the cost of the pants were not worth it . I was of course going to send them back but AGAIN (2nd time) I did not get a packing slip , receipt or anything in the package when I received it so instead of going thru the aggravation AGAIN of trying to get a hold of anybody so I could return, I kept them and gave them to my daughter who is 5' 5" and I believe with heels she will be able to wear them. It's a shame because they are just what I was looking for. And yes they did say petite , so they were marked right and nobody would have known any different but such a waste of time and energy.
