I got these from Walmart last week while waiting for what I ordered online. Since the effective dose is 3.2 g, I decided to take 4 tablets per day, so 2 at breakfast and 2 more at lunch. Since CLA is known to help with energy (it's a source of omega-6 that you can get from herbivores, which unfortunately most people don't have access to), I try not to take it at night so it helps my sleep does not bother . . . I train at least 3-4 times a week. Cardio (treadmill or elliptical machine) for an hour, then free weights (5-10 pounds) for 30-45 minutes. The first day I got them was in the afternoon so I only took 2 pills, I noticed a slight change in energy which was good as I went to the gym right after. The next day I took 2 pills at breakfast, then at lunch and felt energized, plus my stomach wasn't as bloated as usual, especially when I eat salads. I repeated the same thing the next day and noticed my stomach was flatter. This was weird because I know a lot of people say it helps with fat/bloating, but it usually happens after 2-3 weeks. It just seemed very soon. I lost her for a while and I honestly could tell the difference. Despite taking enzymes, my stomach has never felt flatter than the few times I've taken these pills. Luckily I found them again and will use them again. I intend to come back here and give an update after a month of use. Those interested in CLA should try these as they can be found in a real store and have been processed with Tonalin which is the best way to get quality CLA. At the moment I give them 4 stars. If you try them, please leave a review. :) Update: They're still good, but I take 4 a day, so I bought a new one almost every 16 days. I am currently taking MRM CLA 1250 (high potency) and it has been amazing for me. 180 caps :) I definitely recommend Spring Valley for those who are just starting out. It's only 50 capsules, so if it doesn't work for you, it won't feel that bad. Good luck and please check again!
