Anyone interested in scanners should seriously consider this scanner. First, it allows for much more than just police and fire department scans. You can read the manual (available for download at the time of writing this article) and see all the possibilities. I'm writing this review to talk about ease of use from the perspective of a person with reduced mobility and disability. The buttons on this device are easy to press. The dials are also easy to turn. It's also very easy to set up. For me it was set up in 1 minute.
