We bought two of these Merax trampolines. The first one was worth the money. We’ll made and very sturdy. Kids and neighborhood kids loved it! Then we moved to a new house and instead of taking the trampoline apart and moving it, we decided to give it to our neighbors and purchase another one when we moved. So, that what we did. We purchased a new one when we moved and let me tell you what a hunk of junk it was! It was flimsy and wobbly and the kids said the bounce wasn’t as good. It wasn’t sturdy and it was more lightweight than the previous one we had purchased. We were so disappointed and I am not even sure it was a Merax as listed. The instructions didn’t have the mermax name listed anywhere on it and there was no customer service number to contact. Nothing but the sellers number. The seller assured me it was by a Merax but the English was broken and not very clear in the email. Since the return window had closed it was to late to send back. So, I got stuck with I am convinced with a cheaply made trampoline that’s not even a Merax trampoline. It probably won’t last throughout the year!
