it was missing some parts and pre drilled holes for one of the pipes wasn't there. I used plumbing gasket to hold pipes in place. Assembly was as i had expected. The price went up as I was buying it. Paid more due to Price gouging . When I was interested but not ready to buy the price was lower and there were 5 or more available. When I was ready to buy its was the last one and price went up buy 3 hundred dollars.

Overall I got a 14-foot trampoline for $300 that with easy to understand instructions that my children LOVE so the product gets 4 stars. My complaints about assembly probably directly relate to the cost to manufacture which filters down to my low price as a consumer. Putting this together was not easy at all. One piece of the equipment was bent already. It took forever to put together. The basketball hoop pole is not straight at all.

Not a bad product. Set up was relatively easy. The frame took my daughter and I an hour. The sides and netting took a bit longer. Tying the netting at the top is a bit tricky and cane undone a few times before it held. My reason for 3 stars is that after a month of normal use, the main side zipper broke and the clip soon after that. Pretty bad quality there but the rest seems to work fine.

We are very happy with how sturdy this is and the quality. The instructions and hardware must be generic for multiple tramps, because it took some assembling/dis-assembling/re-assembling to get it right. The instructions could be better. I did purchase some anchors / straps to tie it down. Had one blow over the roof and I don't want that experience again.

The springs are not heavy duty. My 14 year old is 150 lbs and we have had to replace 50% of them already. The springs started to break just after the 90 day warranty on them where up.

We bought two of these Merax trampolines. The first one was worth the money. We’ll made and very sturdy. Kids and neighborhood kids loved it! Then we moved to a new house and instead of taking the trampoline apart and moving it, we decided to give it to our neighbors and purchase another one when we moved. So, that what we did. Assembly was relatively straightforward, considering the size of the project. Time consuming but not especially difficult — I did it on my own. The instructions are mostly good, althoug there were a few spots that confused me a bit. I did have to change out some of the hardware. Some lockwashers supplied were too small. The plastic brackets supplied to assemble the upper poles to the legs work fine except that the pole for the basketball hoop is thicker. In that case the brackets didn’t fit…

The assembly took my husband and the kids about 2 1/2 hrs to 3 hrs. It's not hard to assemble as look as you follow the instructions, my kids loves it.
