I like that they are very personable, always responding to my questions or concerns in an efficient manner! They also have some great resources for me as well so it's nice having them there when i need help with something technical (which is often).
The only thing about wired plus was their customer service department being slow at times but this has improved since we started using them again recently after going through our first round of changes/updates from other providers. We've been able get all types of campaigns set up including custom landing pages which were previously not possible without paying extra fees elsewhere.
