Review on NGK 6546 DCPR8EIX Iridium Spark by Chris Rob
wow horse! - Spark Plugs
It doesn't stand for 2009 R1200GSA but it's not. I replaced the stock spark plugs (NGK DCPR8EKC) with these iridium spark plugs and not only did the bike idle like a purring kitten, but wow! He takes off like a racehorse! I didn't measure them, but I checked the sensor. I didn't notice any difference in fuel consumption or engine temperature. For GSA use a 16mm - 5/8 inch thin wall sleeve, preferably magnetized or with a rubber bushing. One year in use (low mileage driver) and still clean.
