I have unruly chin hairs that just don't want to be plucked. I was happy with my Rubis until I dropped it. I found them when I bought a replacement. I think you get what you pay for but they don't match the price. The ends are too thick. I had trouble getting under thin hair that is easy to reach. When it came to these stubborn hair pullers, they failed miserably. It took several tries to finally get one of them out. When I was able to pluck a few hairs, it was almost impossible to scrape them off the top so I could get them to lift another hair. I sent them back and ordered another set of Rubis.
