WARNING: THIS DEVICE IS A HIGH TECH COMPUTER THAT ONLY WORKS WITH BLUETOOTH AND THE APP! So if you don't have an iPhone or a registered English phone number, you can't even use this device! I used this machine for exactly 2 months, since then it has not worked. The app says the machine needs a system update, but even after following the steps of the app's instructions, it still won't turn back on. And as I refuse to call customer service in England as I live in Jamaica I can basically throw the car away now along with the expensive capsules which I had to import to Jamaica because they are not commercially available here! Eweb gave the car to 7 technicians, nothing helped. Greatest bulls of all time and I really wish I had bought a simple old fashioned device where you only have to press a button once and your coffee comes out. I wish I knew about Bluetooth and the app because I would never have bought it! I really want my money back!
