This chopping board is slightly larger than traditional chopping boards but uses space efficiently, especially in small kitchens. Additional compartments make it easier to prepare large meals with many ingredients. I used a large clear trash can and used the rest for the mushrooms, peppers, and flavoring ingredients. The board was durable and easy to clean, as were the bins (they are stackable) and the metal wiring. After washing, it is a good idea to tip the board to one of its corners or to the side to let the water sheep through at one point.
