The main benefit of using this is that it allows for easy integration with other systems such as Salesforce, Google Apps etc. It also has an option to integrate your own data into the system so you can easily pull information from multiple sources. I dislike how there is no direct access to the API's which means if you want to use something like Zapier or another 3rd party app then they have to build their own integrations. This makes things more difficult but not impossible. If you're looking for a simple CRM solution we used Inx mainly because of its ease of setup and ability to connect to many different services.
