I love how easy it is for a new user to learn, but can be complicated if there are many users. We have solved issues with time and attendance. It allows us to track all employees in one place and keep them up-to-date on their payroll status without sending dozens of emails or asking them repeatedly. I do not like that we cannot copy/paste from the spreadsheet into our accounting system. This has always been a problem for us, but they have recently started adding this feature so it might be better now. We have improved employee accuracy for W2 paychecks and had no problems with it.
