Suitable for large public waste bins. They are great for preventing debris from collecting at the bottom of the bin and attracting flies and their larvae. When the larvae form, they will disappear after the next garbage pickup, since these liners will automatically fall into the garbage truck and the rest of the garbage will take the larvae with it. As with any trash can, the top of the bag wants to fall into the bucket, but there is enough bag to fold it over the edges of the bucket. Just be careful when throwing out the trash so the edges of the bag don't accidentally fall into the trash can. They make big elastic straps to secure the bag but I don't bother.
