The lamps themselves are 5-star beauties. The lamps were well packaged and delivery was quick. However, the instructions for assembly and installation are hardly sufficient. For example, I understand that you need to carefully remove the gray and black "foil" from the bottom and top of the crystal horizontal mounting plates, but the instructions don't even mention this. Also, the individual crystal chains have a front and a back, but I didn't even notice the difference until I had a lamp finished. I had to flip about 5 strings. It's ok, but it would be nice to save time if it was stated in the instructions. I suggest that your company hires a few men and women to assemble the product and you have a team to oversee the assembly. Listen carefully to their concerns and questions; then rewrite the instructions. I believe more detailed step by step online video tutorials would help too.
