this seem to be pretty well made boxer briefs. The cotton is wonderfully and silky smooth and gives a little stretch everywhere. I have never had low ride fit before and they seem a little provocative by falling well below the belly button, but would definitely not show over pants or shorts. They have not slipped at all as the waistband and cotton is fairly tight and it is not the largest XL I've tried on. All in all, I really like these!
