The leverage aspect is not the best for weaker users.

Sometimes it's hard to get through a potato. I had potatoes cut through only 1/2 of the way when it stopped and couldn't get the rest of the way. Eventually, with my wife holding the device in place, I was able to put 2 hands on the lever and the potatoes spilled out. The suction cup to hold the device in place is a joke. Not very efficient. Most large potatoes will not fit without sawing off the ends. But you can weld the ends and they won't go to waste. Although it looks strong.
