I bought an older version of these monitors in 2020 shortly after being forced to work remotely. These monitors were great. And when we got back to the office part-time, I decided to bring them with me to have two 4K monitors at work. But now I needed something for the times I'm still working remotely from home. These monitors are the perfect replacement. Slightly more expensive than the ones I bought 2 years ago for an upgraded VESA mount product? Sign me up! I was able to reuse everything and they were great. You also have more options. I only use them for work so I don't play games but they definitely support 4K60 for my Macbook Pro (16"2019). I can't comment on speakers either as I can't control them with Mac OS.
