Review on Patellar Adjustable Neoprene Arthritis Recovery by Quinton Wonsley

I bought this in hopes of getting rid of the swelling in my left knee and the pain that came with it. I have found that it irritates the back of my knees. I felt like my cycle was broken too. Tried to wear a few days. I put a silk scarf under my knee to keep the belt from digging in and that didn't help. I tried wearing it over a pant leg and it didn't stay in place. I just gave up. I'm sure it helps with a few things, but apparently tendonitis isn't one of them.
