I love that you can have multiple people in one call with this, so it's great for meetings or conference calls when more than 2 are involved. You get notified of who is currently speaking even before they start talking because there isn't any lag time at all -- very helpful feature especially if everyone has different backgrounds/experiences/expertise etc. This means someone from our accounting department doesn't need training as she uses another application for her work but still gets notifications about what we're doing throughout the day that helps keep us organized and not miss things (which happens sometimes). If anyone else ever joins an account team like ours where each person works independently, I'd highly recommend implementing using berry broadcast since it allows them to see everything without having any kind of problem while working remotely. We use the program during weekly staff meetings to ensure no mistakes occur which leads into my next point - recording notes after every meeting makes sure nothing.
