Fast, reliable access - very fast response time if an inquiry needs adjustment or is incorrect; easy overview using standard reports available via OOB SAP Portal as well all fields are searchable within it too.; User interface not fully optimized yet (ease handling multiple requests) but we see continuous user growth towards greater efficiency from our users with faster responses through increased processing power by adding new servers at no cost.- Accessing information quickly regarding client companies which leads immediately back again either internally / externally where applicable The tool is very easy to use, it works great with the S/4 Hana. I have never had an issue using the tool. It is very user friendly and has all the functionality you would need. There is nothing i dislike about the tool at this time. If you are looking for a great tool that will help you keep track of your business partners this is the right product. We needed a way to store our business contacts and this was the perfect fit. This allowed us to easily update our database when we made changes.
