I purchased this in June. It came without instructions and hardware I'm guessing because the box was damaged and they fell out in shipping . The company was easy to talk to and did so daily for about a month. To make a LONG STORY short . they sent a new gazebo to me witch was apparently easier than getting the hardware only. I wrote a poor review the first time and they sent me a new gazebo and asked me to re-write the review. So this is it. The gazebo is heavy, the canvas top is lovely and it is a good value. I included a photo of the first box with the damage. the company asked for a pic and I am no PC wizard. I could not download it on the forum they asked for., so I'm showing it now. I am happy with the product and that is what is the most important. Thank you for your time.
