Well my best friend has this wand and she used it on my hair and I love it! She sent me a link and I bought it. I'm not complaining, but the button is misaligned and you can clearly see the lighting where you shouldn't. I don't like the position of the on/off switch. It's easy to turn off during use. I have not contacted the company. I have no time. It works fine despite the annoying button. I think long hair would be better. I have an average length, it's easier to get burned because the glove doesn't rise high enough. I would buy another one, but not this one.
