What a life saver. I do drop offs and I am able to take it out and put in child's bag for whoever is picking him up from school. saves me traveling with the huge car seat from car to car and person to person. my only complaint is that the seat belt can be a little uncomfortable by his neck. I have tried to adjust it but I may need a cushion on the seat belt strap by his neck. I have already convinced 3 parents to buy just based on convenience and functionality. LOVE it for travel. My four-year-old can easily buckle themselves into the seat now. It took a few weeks of both her and I learning how to use it because it’s a lot different than your regular booster seat. Now we are use to it and I’m confident she can buckle herself. Bought this so we didn’t have to carry a booster seat with us while traveling. It made such a difference! We took several Uber rides and I was able to put the Mifold in my bag. It seems pretty safe too, with the shoulder strap and lap strap fitting around my kid correctly. I removed a star because I wish there was crash test result I could see so I would be reassured it was indeed safe.

Are these the best and safest thing to use, probably not. I've seen complaints of kids moving forward on the east so their legs are straight out. We have not experienced this. They work great as an easily portable booster seat that keeps the seat belt away from a child's neck. We don't use these for daily use as we like something we can secure to the hooks in the seat and forget about. These are definitely better suited for traveling

Feels extremely secure. My son was in a regular booster but we switched to this one when we had our 3rd child to do 3 in a row this one is more secure than his regular booster seat. The belt loops along the thigh doesn’t come undone. with his booster from Costco the belt could easily come from up under the arms. After a full year of having 2 kiddos use them at home, on planes and in rentals we love these seats. They are extremely portable and allow for 3 seats across in just about any vehicle. However, the kid do struggle a bit to get the seatbelt in all 3 loops when buckling. Younger kids will need adult help getting in & out. Still, we highly recommend these to everyone.

I bought a pair of these to keep in case of emergency when someone needs to take the kids in a vehicle without car seats. My in-laws had the previous version, with less padding, and my kids report this new version is more comfortable (to the point that they asked if we could just use them all the time.

Amazing idea. EASILY fits in her lil bag so we have flexibility with pick-up people. She's REALLY into using the car seat belt (makes her feel grown up haha) so I thought she might want to use this exclusively, but apparently the tooshie still needs some more padding - even for small tooshies lol

This product looks sleek and is absolutely a great size for traveling. However, it just didn’t look safe or that it would function properly. I have a 5 year old and the red strap that is supposed to clip to the seatbelt strap kept falling off of her shoulder. I think in the older model it clipped down better? I don’t drive so I tried this out for a 4 year old. I use it when ordering a ride home. It fits in a tote bag & I can order a car rather than riding a bus because I’m not going to carry a car seat around. This is easy in & out, packable & well worth the price.

We bought this for a trip to a location that did not have mass transportation from the airport. It was small and easy to pack and easy to I still, but our kiddo was just a bit too small and her sizr made me uncomfortable, so we lugged the big convertible car seat for a 15 minute ride. When my kiddo is taller and heavier. We will reconsider for trips where we do not have our own transportation.

This product is a really cool idea, great for travel or if you're dropping off your kids with someone who doesn't have young children: you can keep it in your car and hand it off. Very easy to install can be done in 2 mins, even my 6 year old can do it herself. This is NOT a booster or car-seat replacement, but it is definitely a good alternative for traveling or taking ride sharing. Only good if your kid is big enough to sit upright still and you only travel short distance. Car-seat is still better for younger kid that moves around or if you have to drive long distance.

Recently traveled via plane and needed a booster seat for our rental car at our destination. This was pretty lightweight and nice and compact to travel with. My daughter is 6 years old and she is 45lbs. It fit her perfectly. I will say the seat is much more narrow then expected. I can’t see it lasting through all her booster years for traveling. Just eyeballing it I think it works best for kids probably under 60lbs.

This is great for traveling with to use in Uber/taxi. It is a bit tricky for a child to get it properly aligned, but the compact nature of it is worth the hassle when you need a booster on a trip.
