The web interface crashes almost every time I try to set it up, even though I was finally able to set it up. I'm going to let it run for a few days now to see if it holds up after finally getting it set up. If not, it returns. Addendum: I sent it back. I had intermittent connection issues over the next two days and my old router (Asus) didn't, and my ISP (Comcast) never failed this pattern. Clearly a faulty unit as signal strength was fine throughout the house (a significant improvement indeed) but it only dropped every few hours. I saw a response to a comment from NetGear and have no complaints (or experience) with their support team. Based on my experience I'm pretty sure I know more about the internet than their support people so I don't have to waste someone else's time if I just need to give something back. Revain's returns system is excellent, btw - I was able to take it to the nearest UPS store and have them scan the code from my phone. There is no need to print a label or pack in a shipping carton. It still didn't work hence one star.
