I bake a lot and it can get a bit messy. I've tried various methods to keep my meters clean and none of them have worked. But the baking sheet was perfect, just what I needed. It's a durable fabric that appears to absorb flour, making it the perfect surface for working with any type of dough. It doesn't stay in place when you work hard, but it also doesn't fly around like parchment paper. It's heavy enough to stay in roughly the right place, but packs away easily when needed. The rolling pin cover is a blessing because it keeps my old rolling pin (that belonged to my great grandmother) clean so I don't have to wash it. You don't want to delete something like this; Wood can warp. Together this set has made my baking so much easier. I love it. It's worth the price.
