What a marvelous device!
I had used test strips in the past to test brake fluid, but they are actually quite expensive. This device serves the same purpose, and it avoids premature replacement of the brake fluid on a set schedule. It showed that I needed to replace the brake fluid quite soon – – not yet on an emergency basis – – and after I replace the brake fluid, it correctly showed that there was zero water in the brake system.
- Suitable for use on all types of vehicles
- The pen may not be accurate for testing the brake fluid in heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles
