Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy S7 in Gold - 32GB and Locked to Verizon Wireless by Enrique Espinoza

I loved the S7 and bought this "refurbished" device because the battery in the one I had was swollen and I was expecting that it would fail at any time. The Galaxy S7 is a good phone and works well. However, this "updated" device left a lot to be desired. I wasn't expecting it to be strictly "cherry" but there were numerous marks, nicks and scratches on the case. The screen wasn't that bad. The phone worked well, except the audio was very weak and tinny - so distorted that I couldn't hear the notification sound for text messages, for which I use the distinctive and eye-catching Law & Order cutscene. it is unmistakable at normal volume. It wasn't acceptable so I sent it back. It wasn't Revane Prime and the seller didn't pay for the return shipping so it cost me $12 to ship it back. i ha i would say but just in case i bought a galaxy s20+. I use the S7 over Wi-Fi throughout the house for email and web browsing.
