Very pleased with the pendant however the item description (and picture) should have included a pair of matching earrings which were not received.

When she opened the box, she even gasped. A beautiful thing - often commented on by strangers too. I would have liked a slightly heavier chain, but the package isn't a problem.

This is great. The only issue I had (or would have definitely given 5 stars) was the chain. It was thin and difficult to close. So I had to buy another chain that met my needs for a nice gift.

The jade product itself was beautiful. But when I opened the box, the tag was loose and dangling in the box. The gold chain was tied in a broken knot that could not be unraveled. My girlfriend didn't want to return it so we cut the gold chain and she had to use another one instead. What a waste of careless packaging!

I ended up going back because it didn't go well with the other jade pieces I was planning to wear even though this jade was absolutely beautiful. The chain is very elegant, I would recommend buying a more durable chain so as not to lose such a beautiful piece of jewellery. The return process was simplified and loan processing was fast.
