The best part is that it helps me track my employees training needs very effectively as well help them in building up an excel sheet which I use frequently while managing multiple people under one roof; also has great support team whenever required! Nothing much but would like more customisation options available so user-friendly UI experience could've been improved upon further!! Would highly recommend this product - It helped us manage our skill gap better than before & we now feel confident about taking any decision relatedto employee development activities without consulting other department heads or HR professionals involved within organization!!
