I purchased two Hamile smart watches. Setup is easy, the watch is comfortable and seems to function as expected. I have one complaint and it is directed at the Veryfit app and specifically the weather function. The only way that I have found to update the weather involves turning the app off if it is running in the background on my iphone followed by restarting the Veryfit app. This sequence is cumbersome and tedious. I have searched for solutions and emailed Hamile support without success. I’m hoping that I have simply missed some minor setup step which, is very possible.I am a retired EE with control system design experience and fully understand and appreciate the value of user experience and feedback. I am hopeful that some other user has found a solution to this Veryfit app behavior.Update 7/30/2021Still no contact back from Veryfit customer service after 3 email attempts! Very disappointing!August 21, 2021Still no feedback from VeryFit customer service. Weather feature still not reliable; if I had it to do again I would not purchase this product. The weather feature was a significant reason why I purchased this product.August 29, 2021 Just updated Veryfit app via iOS app store and weather data is now updated as expected. I am very happy with the watch and would now recommend it.
