These socks combined with Flexitol Heel Cream healed my cracked heels in about 3 days. It's pretty amazing. I had a fairly deep crack in my heel that made walking painful. After some research and the fatigue of clipping my toes off my old socks, I decided to invest in these gel-cushioned heel socks in hopes that they would speed up the healing process. They really did! They are a bit tight at the elastic areas, which can cause discomfort for wider feet. I was fortunate that mine are narrow so the tightness was easier to bear. In the second photo I have shown the shoes heel inside out so you can feel where the gel padding is. Every night I took a bath, soaked my heels in Epsom salts, applied Flexitol, and pulled these socks over both heels. In just one night my heels got noticeably softer (no, I'm not getting this item for free - I'm just impressed). After a few nights the cut stopped hurting and the healing really accelerated. I would recommend these socks and lotion to anyone who has rough heels that irritate them or just look unsightly. You really impressed me and I'm not easily impressed.
