Great chair for the money, although I'll only be using it for a day so can change anything. The lumbar support is good, very easy to fit, easy to adjust and fits my small desk. Remember this is a work chair, not a work day in a chair! Padding is minimal and it sits fully upright. There is some sag in the rear, but you can't recline, or even recline very far. This chair is designed so that I can sit down at a computer and do a quick task or two, which is what I needed to do. I have a much more comfortable chair for my main desk where I spend eight hours a day. It's for sitting at my audio/video editing suite where I spend maybe two hours at a time and it's great for that purpose.
