If you place your delivery by courier order right away, you won't have to drag anything. All details were in place. I was able to put it together without any issues, but it didn't work perfectly all the way to the end. I'm not sure why this happened, but in general, everything is securely fastened. It does wonders for my back and is a solid purchase for the price. A lot of people got mice as presents, but they didn't give me one. I'm still bitter about it.
- When compared to the older chairs, the back now sings in a straight line.
- In several locations, turning all the way to the finish was impossible (this was not particularly obvious but nevertheless stupid).
