I put one in and the flow has dropped quite a bit despite the high water pressure on the faucet. I haven't measured it, but wouldn't be surprised if that's the advertised speed. However, after a few months I decided I needed the higher flow that I had before, so I bought another one and put it in parallel. It took a couple of tees and a short female hose, but all it took was duct tape and a wrench. It worked great. Now power and flow are restored and all my water is filtered. With half the volume in each, they should last twice as long, so they end up costing the same. I took the filters out of my Brita jugs and still refill them because it's good to have a jug of water nearby. Update, I still love getting fully pressurized filtered water. Perhaps Wader can make a small setup kit that connects two pairs in parallel for those with low water pressure or who need to keep their full high pressure.
