Review on ProntoShare by Mike Sutherland
Great tool/app - quick and simple: ProntoShare
It's easy to use, it allows me as an employee access from my home computer or mobile device without having to log in every time I want to share something with someone else at work! The only thing that could possibly be improved would be if you can set up folders within your prontoshare account for specific people so they don't see everything when logged into their own personal folder? This way there isn’t any confusion about what files are shared vs not yet available etc..
Overall this service has been great thus far!! Easy sharing of documents between employees no more emailing back & forth just make sure everyone knows how to login properly otherwise some things might get lost along the line which really sucks since we all have sensitive information now days.
- Also ability/eases being able do send file attachments directly through emails instead needing open excel , google docs then trying upload attachment again via another route before actually sending out document ! Great product overall very user friendly especially considering most other services require additional software download such Microsoft office 365
