I love this product! When my first order arrived, one of the little tabs holding the holder closed was broken. It still worked, just not as well for a 1.5 year old trying to open something. Didn't want to complain because I don't usually do this unless it's completely damaged, which it wasn't. The company emailed me about my purchase to make sure I was happy with the product. I told them it was me but it had damaged a small area. She sent me two more to "catch up" for which I was so grateful, one would have been enough! I'm giving this 5 stars because of the customer service! The product itself is good but not the best I've used. It's all plastic, and the mount's "doors" and hinges are kind of flimsy. When you try to put in a full, freshly opened bag and close the doors, it sometimes squirts out because the holder is a bit tight. It fits in both small and large bags, which is nice! It keeps my son from squeezing the bag which is its purpose for it to get the job done. I will probably wait a little longer before my son uses them until he stops throwing them on the floor as they break easily. If you have a child who doesn't drop out, that would be great! A good product!
