Well made contour pillow. There was a strong chemical smell from the packaging. I actually left it outside for two days and it still had a lingering smell. Five days later he was gone. Now for the pillow itself. I slept with the contour pillow for about a year because I wanted more neck support. I sleep with the high side of the pillow under my neck. This pillow is taller and firmer than my current pillow causing my head to tip forward. I hope it will soften over time. Sleeping with a low side under the neck is useless to me. Just use a flat pillow of the desired firmness. 3.5 stars.
